On a cold night in the winter of 2006, three very promising individuals gathered, putting together an idea that would revolutionize pizza as we know it. Well, maybe not quite to that extreme… but they had a mission, a mission to own a pizza shop! Days turned into nights, nights turned into weeks, weeks turned into months. There was no end in sight. It felt as though all hope was lost. Then after searching the earth for long lengths of time, the Bongiorno family finally found the spot they had been waiting for. In December of 2007, after wheeling and dealing and countless nights of preparation they were in! The time had come. It was time to see what they could do. The family showed no fear! They knew with great family recipes and a wide range of cooking skills, people would not be able to resist. It would be berserk for Bongiorno’s pizza.
